Following are answers to our most common questions about our MailChimp management program;
1) Why is SnapStats providing this service?
To help our subscribers who do not have the time, skill or means to produce a professional and impacting newsletter (campaign) each month for a fraction of the cost of other service providers.
2) Can I customize my campaigns?
The $22 a month service does not generally include the option to customize your campaign. This standard enables us to keep our monthly service cost as low as it is (currently $22/month) instead of the more typical rate of $75/month. If you wish for a more customized solution please contact us to discuss your options.
3) When will my campaign/newsletter be sent out each month?
Your campaign will be automatically scheduled for delivery within one week after the first business day of each month. Your email will be included in your own list so that you are scheduled to receive a copy alerting you your newsletter has been delivered.
4) Can you export my list from MailChimp?
No. Our permission in the management of your account is limited to that of a ‘Manager’ role which does not provide access to billing information, ability to export lists or close your account.
5) Cancellation Policy.
As we offer free set-up ($240 value) subscriptions to this program is set for a minimum six months.
